My avocado ice cream

Avocado ice cream is pretty common these days but I’ve never made it before. Today some mates are holding an Ice-cream-athon so decided I’d give it a go for my contribution. Only one stall at the markets had big ripe Hass avs so I was pretty lucky.

I’m pretty happy with the taste and texture (especially for a non-egg base ice  cream). Sweet enough to be a delicious dessert (and not guacamole) but so fresh you know at least there’s a little bit of good in there. Lots of it actually!
